Terms of Service
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Signal Tech, the digital publication and media asset at https://primetimeplayer.github.io/signal-tech/, including the digest pages. The site is operated by the maintainer of the Signal Tech repository. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
Signal Tech collects publicly available headlines, excerpts, and links from publisher feeds and shows them in one place. Digests are generated from that same material. The service is provided at no charge, may change or stop at any time, and is offered as a digital publication and media asset.
Aggregated content
Headlines, summaries, images, and links come from third parties. They are shown so you can decide what to open. Signal Tech does not write those stories and does not guarantee that a headline, excerpt, date, or link is complete, current, or accurate. Publisher pages can change or disappear after a story is collected.
A short excerpt and a link are not a substitute for the original article. When you leave Signal Tech, the publisher’s terms and privacy policy apply.
Your obligations
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- disrupt the site, the sync worker, or the machines that host them;
- probe, scan, or attempt to gain access you were not given;
- republish the collected feeds as your own product, or strip attribution and present publisher material as yours;
- misrepresent your connection to Signal Tech or to a publisher whose story appears here.
Reading, linking, and saving stories are the uses this digital publication is built for.
Intellectual property
All Signal Tech content, code, and design, and the Signal Tech name and logo, belong to Signal Tech. You may share links to this site and short quotes with attribution. Anything else, including copying this site or using its name, logo, or design to create another website or product, needs prior written permission. Write to SignalTech.News@gmail.com.
Headlines, article text, and images collected from publishers remain the property of those publishers and authors. Publisher names and other third-party trademarks stay with their owners.
Saved items and sign-in
Saving a story stores it in your browser. Optional sign-in can copy saved stories to the sync worker so another browser can read them. You are responsible for the notes you write. Do not store secrets or someone else’s private information in a note. Signing out removes the token from that browser. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the feed, digests, links, or sync will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or your reliance on aggregated content. The operator’s total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law forbids that limit.
Third-party services
The site links to publishers and uses hosts and processors named in the Privacy Policy, including GitHub Pages, Google, and a Cloudflare worker. Those services are outside these terms. Signal Tech is not responsible for their content or their outages.
Changes and the law that applies
These terms can be updated by changing this page and its date. Continuing to use the site after that date means the new terms apply. Disputes are handled under the law that applies where the operator lives, except where a non-waivable consumer protection, GDPR, or CCPA right says otherwise. If a court holds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
